We offer a 30 day return policy on all unused and eligible products. Customers may return qualifying items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that customized, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an error was made on our behalf.

Payment, Cancellations, and Dispute/Chargeback Policy

Payment: All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Please carefully review your order and make sure all information, including personalization, sizes, colors, and quantities, is correct before submitting your order.

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Disputes & Chargebacks: If you feel the need to initiate a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor with relevant information regarding the dispute.

 

AI-Generated Designs

We will make every effort to recreate your AI-generated design as closely as possible; however, exact replication cannot be guaranteed. A design preview will be provided for your approval before production begins.
